Insumate® - Bitter melon extract
Insumate® - GLP-1 Enhancer / Blood Sugar Control
Insumate® is a bitter melon extract contains the patented peptide sequence mcIRBP™-19, which is a scientifically verified active compound for glucose modulation.
The scientific efficacy of Insumate® has been validated by three official scientific studies. It is easily absorbed by human body due to the low molecular weight of mcIRBP™.-19. The underlying mechanism of glucose modulation has been verified by in-vitro and animal models.
Insumate® (NDIN No. 1256) is also the first USFDA-approved bitter melon product.
Produced using a unique low-temperature, solvent-free supercritical fluid extraction process, Insumate® preserves mcIRBP™-19 integrity and bioactivity, while ensuring high safety and high levels of active compounds. Greenyn is currently the exclusive global provider and ODM partner for Insumate®-based products.
Scientific studies show that Insumate® supports blood sugar and triglycerides balance, and contributes to muscle health, especially in prediabetic individuals.

Product Description
Patented mcIRBP™-19™ Directly Interacts with Insulin Receptors to Support Glucose Control
Insumate®, which contains the patented mcIRBP™-19 peptide, has been demonstrated to directly bind to insulin receptors on the cell membrane, thereby activating downstream insulin signaling pathways. This activation promotes GLUT4 translocation and glucose uptake, contributing to a reduction in fat accumulation and enhanced muscle protein synthesis.

Scientific Study
| Animal Study | Clinical Study in patients | Clinical Study in Sub-Healthy Individuals |
In mice fed a high-fat diet for 8 weeks, Insumate® supplementation resulted in:
|
After taking Insumate® for 12 weeks, it effectively lowered fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c)
|
After 12 weeks of Insumate® supplementation, improvements were observed in blood glucose, blood lipid profiles, and muscle mass in individuals with prediabetes.
|
Applications
Insumate® provides multi-path metabolic support with benefits demonstrated in both scientific studies and functional assays:
| Glucose Modulation | Fat Management | Whole-Body Health Support |
